We offer three delivery options to meet your needs: express delivery in 48 hours, standard delivery in 4 to 5 days, and click and collect service in 24 hours.
These delivery times may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, technical problems with the postal service, etc.) which are not within the control of Emia and for which it cannot be held responsible in the event of any delay.

Once your return has been received (with postal tracking as proof), the refund will be directly processed to the credit card used for the purchase within a period of 7 days. No purchases made on our e-shop can be refunded at Nilaï Store boutique.

Nilaï Paris jewelry is gold-plated with 24K fine gold on a brass base. All our stones are natural, so their shapes and hues are unique and may vary from one piece to another. While our jewelry is designed to withstand daily wear, to prolong their lifespan, we advise you to avoid direct contact with perfumes and cosmetic products as much as possible. Gently rub them with a soft cloth to restore the shine of the gold, which may fade slightly over time.

All our jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty. If your jewelry is broken or damaged, we can give it a new lease of life. Simply send it via registered mail to the address mentioned below. We take great care of your jewelry, and pampering them sometimes takes time. Please allow up to 15 days for your jewelry to be returned to you (excluding holiday periods).

It doesn't matter, at Nilaï Paris all the rings are open and therefore adjustable in size.
You can therefore, according to your desires, wear them on the finger of your choice and above all offer one without having to know the size of the person for whom the gift is intended.

Our necklaces are very often adjustable with an extension chain and/or benefit from a chain with wide links which allow you to adjust the necklace as you wish. For more details on each of the models you can contact us by message.
As an indication below a suggestive drawing of the different lengths of necklace and jumper. Of course it will also depend on your neck circumference.

For the moment Nilaï Paris does not offer to be able to engrave a jewel and/or a medal.

No. But you will always have the possibility of clipping the small oval or round carabiner on the jewel of your choice.

Return within 15 days of receipt of the jewel

If the product you ordered does not ultimately meet your expectations, you have a withdrawal period of 15 days from receipt of your jewel. The product must be returned to us in new condition and protected in its original packaging (box)

Discover the step-by-step return procedure. Following the return of the product, the refund of your order will be made within 14 days maximum.
Step 1
In your customer area, go to the section: My orders.
Select "Make a return" next to the order concerned and follow the return instructions indicated on the page at this stage.
2nd step
Go to the "My returns" tab in your customer area to download your prepaid return label.
Step 3
Place the products to be returned in the original box (or in the box of your choice).
You must enclose the invoice or a copy in the box. Close the box properly and stick the return label on the box.
Step 4
Then choose the place where you want to drop off the parcel: at a post office, at a merchant in the So Colissimo or Mondial Relay network.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund. The waiting period for your refund to be issued is one week. It will therefore take a maximum of 15 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new order.

Shipping costs are not refunded, except in the following cases:
Receipt of a non-compliant product, which does not correspond to the initial order.
Receipt of a defective product.
If you are in one of these cases, we invite you to contact us via the contact form in order to report this incident to us.

We do not exchange. We invite you to return your item to receive your refund and place a new order.
Please respect the return procedure by registering your return from your customer account.

Once we have received your return in our warehouse, please wait a maximum of one week before the refund is processed.
This delay is due to the inspection of our returns. Indeed, each returned item is thoroughly inspected and analyzed upon arrival. If our quality control team is not satisfied with the condition of a returned item (for example: presence of signs of wear or an item that has already been worn), and if we are unable to return it to stock, the return will be refused and the item will be returned to you after payment of the shipping costs at your expense.
Once the return has been inspected and accepted, you will be refunded to the payment method you used when placing your order. Depending on your bank, the transaction may take up to ten business days to appear in your bank account.

For example, if you paid by credit card, you will be refunded directly to your bank account.
